In practice, most spectators arrive 15-20 minutes before the starting whistle, which causes disruption in the entrance groups, which, unfortunately, are not designed to accommodate several thousand people at a time. You can stay in the arena until the end of the match, after which the entrance to the arena will be closed.
3. Can I purchase tickets at the box office?
Tickets are only available for matches held at the Megasport Sports Palace. The Megasport box office opens 3 hours before the match starts and closes 1 hour after the match begins. When purchasing tickets at the box office, an additional commission of 10% of the ticket price is charged. You can purchase tickets without commission on the CSKA Basketball Club website at tickets.cskabasket.ru. Tickets for CSKA Basketball Club matches at the Basket Hall Moscow Sports Palace, as well as for CSKA-2 and CSKA-Junior matches at the Dynamo Sports Palace on Lavochkina Street, can only be purchased at tickets.cskabasket.ru.
4. Up to what age can children enter the arena for free?
Children up to and including 6 years old can enter the arena for free. A children's ticket is required for children aged 7 to 14 years, which can be purchased on the website. tickets.cskabasket.ru . 5. How do I purchase a children's ticket?
To purchase a children's ticket for the match, select the "Children's" fare during the purchase process. A child's ticket can only be purchased if an adult ticket is specified in the order.
When a child enters the arena, the steward may ask for his birth certificate.
6. How do I get to the match for people with limited mobility (MGN)?
Send your request in advance by e-mail ticket@cskabasket.ru and get a confirmation of the availability of seats, as the number of seats for strollers is limited. People can enter the MGN Arena via the blue ramp of the Megasport sports Complex by contacting any steward who will call the responsible manager of the arena to escort them to the venue.

9. Can I take my laptop with me?

10. What can not be brought into the arena?
It is forbidden to transport flammable, explosive and pyrotechnic products, poisonous, odorous and radioactive substances, weapons, piercing and cutting objects, beverages: alcoholic - in any container, non-alcoholic - in glass containers or containers with a volume of more than 0.5 liters; bulky items (bags, parcels, etc.) and other items that interfere with other visitors, to the audience and participants, as well as the conduct of the match.
